This book was donated to our school by the author which is also autographed. She is local to our area and the setting of the book takes place in Plumstead Township as well as Philadelphia. I enjoyed that aspect of the book as its fun to read a story that takes place in the area you live in. This is a Hattie Farwell Mystery so there are sure to be more coming. I thought the book was a good mystery with some decent twists and turns. The different characters were interesting and Hattie was an enjoyable character as was her dog. I wish the "almost sex" scene wasn't in the book as it was completely unneccessary and offered nothing to the story except to possibly exclude it from our library. If it weren't for that it would have been a great, clean read.
